  • After it was announced that the soon-to-be-infamous Doctor Who s7e05 was being filmed in New York, a few people started joking that the Statue of Liberty was a weeping angel. Considering today’s filming took place in Central Park, this was all I could think of. The Bethesda Fountain. The creepy animation of it is from the HBO adaptation of Angels in America, where that turn of a head first began to haunt my dreams.

I don't think that everyone happy about Karen leaving the show is a hater. I am happy she is leaving, but not because I don't like her. I LOVE her. But it just means that the show is moving on. It's kind of like when Rose left. I was all "fuck life has no meaning anymore." but obviously, she had to leave at some point. I understand your Amy love, and hating her leaving at this point,but don't hate everyone else for it. And the ones who ARE haters? well...fuck them, they're stupid anyway. =]

For the record, I am content with the fact that Karen is leaving the show (I wouldn’t say I’m happy about it per se), because I agree the show has been tied back in a rut continuing with the Ponds. I will BAWL MY EYES OUT when they go, whether or not someone actually dies, but I will be happy to see Matt/Eleven continue on with someone else.

I just chose to not let my tracked tag cloud with people posting negative statements, basically. The language some people use, it’s polarizing and uncomfortable for me. Blocking any users from appearing on the tag doesn’t do anything but keep them from showing up for me personally, and it’s my way of coloring the world. Only Amy love. :)

ETA: To clarify, would never unfollow someone for a difference in opinion about a character unless it became a major component of everything they were posting. I don’t mind differing opinions, just the volume of negativity from strangerbitches on the tag needed to be dealt with.

to block all the people who post long diatribes about how they are happy about Karen leaving the show/Amy possibly dying and tag the post “amy pond” (which I have tracked obvi).

But I don’t even care.

I love Amy, I’ll be sad to see her go, and Kaz is flawfree so I will keep my tracked tag full of love and free of haters, kthnx.
